Numbers are limited to 15 people, and the first 15 to register and pay will be deemed to have a place; verbal or emailed commitments will not honoured (when the first 15 have registered and paid, a reserve list will be maintained, but cheques not cashed till the list is finalised and destroyed if not used). Failure to attend on the day or cancellation within a week will lead to full loss of deposit. Cancellation on or before December 18th 2015 will lead to full return of deposit.
